Arts on the Trail Payment Information for Artists

Once you have completed and submitted the online application, the payment options are listed below. Payment is due upon application. Please note: E-transfer is set up as auto-deposit.

Applications will be open from January 15 to May 10, 2025. Please note the fee structure as outlined below:

Solo Artists:

  • Applications received between January 15 to April 15, 2025 – $125.00
  • Applications received between April 16 to May 100, 2025 – $150.00

 

Group Artists:

  • Applications received between January 15 to April 15, 2025 – $125.00, plus $75.00 for each additional artist (to a maximum group of 3 artists). All artists must be in the same media category.
  • Applications received between April 16 to May 10, 2025 – $150.00, plus $75.00 for each additional artists(to a maximum group of 3 artists). All artists must be in the same media category.
 
Important Clarification March 17, 2025 – All exhibitors wishing to be placed at Collins Hall are required to have appropriate insurance and provide proof prior to date of show. This is a requirement of the City of Elliot Lake. All other locations insurance will not be required, but is recommended.
(Please wait until you know of your acceptance and where you will be located before purchasing insurance). Two such event insurance providers are Duuo – https://duuo.ca and PAL – https://www.palcanada.com/index.php/en-us/

To pay by E-transfer, send payment to artsonthetrail@outlook.com and please indicate in the note field that the payment is for AOTT Artist (solo or group).

To pay by credit card please visit https://arts-on-the-trail.square.site/ and click on the menu item “Artist Applications”. Please Note: Due to minor technical issues, when you check out it will appear that an “item” is to be picked up, however you will not be picking up anything. You will receive a receipt in via email when you check out.

To pay by cash/cheque, please download and print the PDF of the Application Form and submit to the address listed on the form.
