As a landscape artist based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Amy Williams draws inspiration from her natural surroundings, particularly of Lake Superior. She uses vibrant colours and bold lines to create semi abstract acrylic landscape paintings depicting the rugged shorelines and windswept pines of her home region. Her goal as an artist is to create connections between people and their memories as they live and travel around the Algoma area. 

Amy is a wife and mother to triplet sons and a daughter and works full time as a visual artist. She has had her work exhibited internationally in New York, Spain, Paris, and Miami.
