Wood inspires me! Following back and knee surgery, I purchased a long plastic shoehorn to help me put my work shoes on without straining. The handle on it broke and was useless, so I decided to use what was left of it as a template to make my first shoehorn. Soon afterwards, friends and family were also wishing for one. I then realized that there was a need out there. It was time to get my workshop organized and a new business was born in 2020. Finding a unique-shaped branch in nature incites me to visualize and design my products.
